Obese people who lose just 5% of their body weight may see big benefits when it comes to their health, says a U S study.
The 5% losers, saw improved Blood Pressure, lower levels of triglyceride fats in the blood.,less fat in liver and lower blood sugar.
Those who lost 10% or more saw continued improvements in some areas-like muscle tissue-but not in liver function or fat tissue proving that the 5% losers have pretty much achieved their max benefits at 5% weight loss!
