Vitamin C could replace exercise among the obese !

Overweight adults are advised to exercise to improve their health but most  do not.

Taking vitamin C supplements daily can have similar cardio-vascular benefits as regular exercise.

VitaminC supplements represents an effective life-style strategy for reducing ET_1 mediated vessel constriction in overweight and obese adults, the researchers wrote.
