Don’t fast or feast…..have a balanced diet!

 The theme on diabetes day was simple-‘Healthy Living’.!!The advice given on world diabetes day by experts  was the same.
Ideally, diabetics must have small meals at regular intervals.The six meal plan comprising of an early breakfast,a mid morning snack,lunch in moderate quantity, evening snack, a pre-dinner salad/soup, and an early enough dinner are advised to maintain sugar levels.Eat healthy, stay healthy!!
