Alternate day fasting has gained some popularity as a weight loss technique but a rigorous trial has found that it works no better than the ‘calorie restrictions’.
In a study conducted on over-weight and obese people , there was no significant difference between the two groups- controlled calorie intake and alternate day fasting!
The researchers opined that people were tricked into eating less, in different ways!!
So, its back to- Eat less, eat right and never indulge in extras!!!!
