Following five healthy habits-
Exercise regularly
Eat a healthy diet
maintain a normal weight
Do not smoke &
Drink only in moderation……..during adulthood can reduce risk of dying from cardiovascular diseases and cancer by 82% and 66% respectively….

The Harvard study published pointed out a direct relationship between each healthy behaviour and reduced risk of early death.. The findings it is said have a significant public health implications because they demonstrate the great potential of diet and lifestyle changes in improving life expectancy.
