Red meat tied to nine diseases.! Be warned……..

The more red meat you eat, greater your risk of dying from one of nine diseases, according to the latest report. A study was conducted on a very large group of men & women ,tracking their diet and health for over an average of 16 years.

High red meat consumption increased the rate of dying from -Cancer, Heart disease, Stroke, respiratory disease, diabetes, Infections, Alzheimers, Kidney & Liver disease.

Here is the good news– Those who ate the highest proportion of white meat had a 25% reduced risk of these health problems compared to those who ate the least white meat-pointing out that white meat may be actually  good for you.

Enjoy your food- no fears…. cut the red meat and opt for white meat ,instead!!!
