Yoghurt consumption may prevent osteoporosis risk!

Increased yoghurt consumption may significantly reduce the risk of osteoporosis in the elderly by improving bone health, a new study claims.

Yoghurt is a rich source of different  bone promoting nutrients and the studies have been pointing to the same effect. A very big group was tested over a lengthy period of time and studies proved that each unit increase in yoghurt intake was linked with a 31%lower risk of osteoporosis.
