1) Not enough exercise: next time you’re tempted to flop on the sofa, force yourself to take a brisk 10 minutes walk.
2)Junk sleep:Sleep hygiene to be developed- set time to sleep, ban screens and viewing for an hour, adopt winding-down routine like a warm bath, having a milky drink and reading something light.
3)Excess coffee:avoiding too much caffeine will increase energy levels in the long run-but cut down gradually, cup by cup to avoid head-aches and irritability.
4)Iron deficiency:include plenty of iron-rich foods in your diet and pair them with foods high in vitamin C.
5)Dehydration:try to drink ,every two hours.
6)sugar overdose:swap to low-sugar foods-avoid white carbs such as rice ,pasta and white bread or reduce intake .
7)Lack of protein:snack on proteins-good sources are beans, lentils, yoghurt.nuts and seeds
8)Sluggish Thyroid:see your GP to get regular blood tests.If an under active thyroid is diagnosed, seek treatment
